Welcome!

Tonight we welcomed two new members to our group - Kathy and Carol. They bring our total official membership to 9! Beth and Tricia still need to find a title for themselves; maybe they need some help from the rest of us? (Post your suggestions in the Comments section.) I'll post everyone one's titles soon....

After drinks and a bite to eat at McMenamin's on the Columbia, we headed up to Ice Cream Renaissance in Uptown Village for some great ice cream and music from a couple of guys playing guitars.

We added some more activities to our list, this time some "winter-y" things-to-do:

• Quarterly book club - Red Hat Society's Laugh Lines Book, Around the World in 80 Dates
  
• Theater - how about Much Ado About Nothing, Vancouver OnStage Productions matinee on Saturday, October 22 with dinner afterwards?
  
• Lunch walks
• Game night - Bunco, Yahtzee, Twister, Apples to Apples, etc. - and a potluck
• Christmas ships with drinks and dinner at the Red Lion at the Quay
• Happy Tree Friends night
• Night out at the Edgefield
• Cross country skiing and snowshoeing
• Night out at a Mt. Hood cabin
• Chick-flick night and potluck
• Making baggie omelettes
• Sleep-over
